Wayne's an orphan boy, whose been passed from a few foster homes until he ended up with a family in the city. Instead of waiting to be picked up and moved again, he bailed and ran off to live on the streets. Tentative Plans for character: Either the cannon- A good person takes him under their wing and he ends up slowly becoming a responsible guardian who looks out for people.
Or he could go full ruthless vigilante route without Rose reigning him in. Pre-Established CR: Delinquent friends! Other kids that hang out on the streets for him to watch out for. Also he probably knows some police officers and city workers who go through the shady parts of town. Desired CR: Any. My plan for him is going to change based on who talks to him really.
